Lorna Hendry

Lorna Hendry is a freelance writer, editor and graphic designer.

She is the co-author, with Nobel laureate Professor Barry Marshall, of the middle-grade book How to Win a Nobel Prize, which was shortlisted for the Western Australian Premier’s Book Awards. She has also written and designed 19 nonfiction children’s books, including two Children’s Book Council of Australia Honour Books, and a travel memoir, Wrong Way Round.

Lorna is an IPEd-accredited editor and one of only 32 Australian members of the Board of Editors in the Life Sciences. Her first degree was a Bachelor of Science, which proves that everything comes in handy one day.

Lorna teaches the publishing stream of Towards Publication in our Associate Degree. She is also a proud PWE graduate.
